Very basic. Scratchy towels & too few. Very noisy fan. No food of any kind just juice & coffee in office in AM. Poor pillows.
Great room! Very clean, and they make the beds daily. Very quiet area. Great deal for the price.
The wifi sucked, no tv channels that it shows on paper in rm, which for the price of rm, it could of been better displayed. No grab holders on tub(& we were in handicapped rm), only had a night table on one side of bed.Tub Was black all on bottom . The 1st 2 red roofs we stayed in on our way to memphis, were excellent. We appreciate corp giving us the rm we got, but i really expected so much better
This is worst place I have ever stayed. When I first checked in the first room they put me in had no working water. The second room had all types of bugs flying around the room had a horrible smell. The third room I woke up to the people next door fighting. The people at the front desk was very nice but I will never stay there again worst experience ever. The only reason I gave it a star because it wouldn't let me post without.
The room has bugs crawling around, to list seat very loose. Staff was very rude when it was reported. No maintenance showed up to fixed it.
