No- I will never eat here again. The first experience was bad and the second even worse. The service was awful. The sausage under cooked, you only get 1 biscuit, they ran out of hash brown casserole and then tried to charge me for 4 servings of it. Couldn’t get a refill of coffee if my life depended on it. I promise you they just don’t seem to care!!
I love eating at at Cracker Barrel but this place totally disappointed me. Waited over an hour and then the waitress said that she had mixed our order. This places is totally disorganized. It will be at least two hours by the time food arrives.. if you are on a rush don’t come here..
Can’t say I can review the food because within 5 minutes of sitting down our car was burglarized. I understand it was a recurring problem at this establishment having others also robbed before us. Despite such, the restaurant’s management has made no effort to safeguard customer’s vehicles and belongings.
So many choices. All very good. Pricing average. Adults can eat from child's menu which is great if your not a big eater. Sometimes servers could be a lot better and pay more attention to their tables. But you can ask for a manager and they always make it right. Great place to shop for souvenirs or just for yourself, me I always pick out 3 bags for $5, not bad for decorative bags with handles, some even snap close. Always check the back corner for the % off items.
I would urge all potential customers to boycott this place of buisness.
Just left this place & thought I'd give future customers a heads up. I was mistakenly under the impression that chicken & dumplings should contain some veggies but also CHICKEN! For $10 bucks I got a huge amount of dumplings that had to have been thrown in my bowl as it was all over the sides of the bowl & after digging through all the mass of dumplings, was able to find 1 tiny piece of chicken! I told the waitress & she offered to replace it but since it took 30 minutes to get our food, I told her no. The hashbrown casserole was at least 2/3 days old & cold. The green beans were lost in the overwhelming flavor of liquid smoke basically I left hungry and out $30 bucks! Did the manager want to even attempt to make things right? Of course not! Got an "I'm sorry". That's it. Avoid this place. Clearly they have no regard for the customers!
