I had a really good experience at Applebee's my waitress name was Brittany she kept coming by to see if we needed anything and to top it all off the food was good.
Bad food bad service. Lazy staff. A waitress who refuse to serve us. “Sloppy apps. Under cooked chicken. Wrong drink delivered. Afraid to order another drink because of the weight time. We were sitting there for 35 minutes on a slow night before someone walked over and took our order because they were ordered to buy the bartender. If this is a terrible experience. Not what I expect from Applebee’s.
Had to wait a little to be seated but waiter was very prompt and personal. He gave some tips on gluten free items and related to the issue. Food was alright and he quickly corrected a wrong.
We are truck drivers and just wanted to get a nice meal and a drink. Bartender Tony has a box a glasses on the bar preventing us from sitting down. We asked if he could remove so we could sit and refused because he was in a conversation. No professionalism and very racist. We left and told manager the manager offered us to stay but was already turned off completely will never come back.
Went there yesterday. Tried to have burger and fries. When we sat down, we notice that the seats had food and crumbs all in them. So we dust them off, the waitress gave us an excuse about how they were short handed. When my food came out it looked ok. I ask for mustard for my burger. And when she bought the bottle out it was covers with dried mustard and ketchup. It was so nasty until I didn't want to touch it. I ate the dry burger, and within two minutes I got sick as a dog. I threw up right there. I couldn't hold it until I got to the bathroom. And yes I complained yo the waitress, she sends the manager over, and He's not concern at all. He just took the mustard bottle and told me he would take care of it. I hope he wipe it off. So good luck on eating there.
