OMG!!! Amazing hidden gem. Driving through the neighborhood to get here had me a bit concerned. But once we arrived to our site, I couldn't be more pleased. I love watching the tugboats push the barges up and down the Mississippi but the sites are concrete or gravel and mostly level. The laundry is air conditioned and complimentary. The bath houses are single person, air conditioned, have commodes, sinks and showers. You must stay here if ever touring Memphis, TN. West Memphis, AR is just across the river/state border.
Great place off the beaten path. Great amenities, ice, laundry, walking paths and the view! Seeing the Mighty Mississippi up close and personal was awesome too. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to our friends too.
We enjoyed our 1 night stay. Hot showers. Nice location. Saw sunrise over the river. Park was full, but they offered a dry spot at reduced rate.
Lost a star due to K9 racism on website. "*No pit bulls, American bulldogs, Staffordshire bull terriers, dobermans, rottweilers, unruly dogs, or mixes of these breeds." All dogs should be welcome unless they are aggressive or unruly (same with people). Thankfully these banned breeds are very common where we live and no more mean than other common breeds.

This is a wonderful park to stay. You can watch the tugboats and barges on the Mississippi all day and night from your campsite. The people that work there are very accommodating and friendly. We had issues with our slide and couldn't move. We had to stay a few extra days for parts, they were very understanding and helped us anyway they could. We have been here before and will be back with friends. Personally I liked that they did not have fire pits. Much less smoke and fumes at night, you can open your windows.
Very scenic park right on the Mississippi River. Pull through site was spacious, staff very helpful, and lots of room for evening strolls and dog walks. Tugs and barges going by at a regular pace add to the viewing pleasure, and I'm sorry I was only able to stay one night.
