Very bad service. They have had a package of mine for a week and I still haven't received it even though the tracking number says it arrived there 1 week ago today.
I have lived in four states & six cities and West Memphis, AR has worst service of all, they constantly lose mail, one day your mail might make to you by 10 in the morning one day & the next day u might not get your mail til 4 our 5 that evening. There very unprofessional
