This location's manager and/or owner "Dale" has done an outstanding job running this Domino's location. Dale employs a dependable and honest staff. My family and I have used this Domino's location for the past 20 years. I've only had "one" poor experience many, many years earlier. The issue was corrected immediately with one phone call. These are good people!!
Been an hour and a half and no pizza yet. Called 30 minutes ago to check on it. The delivery person couldn't find our room number in the hotel???? Whatever. Now we are still waiting. Also- they are 1.5 miles from me. Ridiculous.
Therefore, I would like to "thank you" for your efforts to please the customer, it does not go unnoticed; and the professional manner in which my issue was addressed and made whole. Your business is an asset to the place most of us call "Home", the greater West Memphis and Marion, AR community!!
