This Sears doesn't even deserve a 1 star should be zero stars as this Sears store has no proper management in place. Be aware future buyers as this Sears will scam you out of your money. They will give you a false delivery date and won't deliver. They don't even have the decency to call and explain if there are any back-order or delay in delivery. This Sears has made my company wait 3 weeks for a No-Delivery! I didn't even receive a call but instead I myself had to call them to find out what's happening with my order- the manager (Amber) just bluntly said there's no delivery when the receipt states that same day delivery then manager goes to check records. When the manager realizes her store's fault she doesn't compensate the customer for their time or money loss but instead demands the customer come to the store for a refund. I asked for the Sears customer service number and the manager gave a false random number. Then I had to search for the Sears customer service number online and finally got a refund after contacting Sears 1-800# ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SEARS HOMESTORE IN WEST MEMPHIS! They have terrible customer service and management needs training on how to run a proper business!

THIS "SEARS" IS A JOKE! THEY STAND BEHIND NOTHING AND LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING! PEOPLE LIKE THIS ARE THE REASON THAT THE REAL SEARS IS GOING OUT OF BUISNESS. I SPOKE WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT PEOPLE ABOUT MY LAWNMOWER ISSUES (2 LAWNMOWERS) AND WAS TOLD AND PROMISED DIFFERENT THINGS FROM EACH EMPLOYEE. THEY DO NOT DESERVE 1 STAR AND THIS STORE NEEDS TO CLOSE. I WILL DRIVE TO A REAL SEARS IN MEMPHIS SO I GET DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPECT. IT'S SAD THAT IF SOMEONE HAS A FEW DOLLARS TO SPEND CAN USE A WELL RESPECTED FRANCHISE NAME AND RUN IT INTO THE GROUND!!!! THIS IS THE REASON THAT SEARS WON'T LAST MUCH LONGER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
