This funeral home is unprofessional to say the least. Calvin is rude, unhelpful, and refuses to help families that are grieving. He hangs up on people when they make requests for documents that they have a legal right to. In addition, the funeral home staff filed a false death certificate with the state of Arkansas and refuses to send an amendment to the health department or social security office.
They are very professional, they handle my father service and we were very please.
