I ordered a funeral arrangement and apparently because I was from out of town they didn't care what it looked like. My relatives told me it was "pitiful". When I saw a picture I was totally embarrassed that our family name was on the card. When I called to complain, the woman not only argued with me she told me several different stories about why the arrangement wasn't right. Thankfully not all florists are like this.
